In the meantime, in this period we had promising dissemination achievements.

Turkey Earthquake Meeting

Our end user partners BBB and AAHD conducted search and rescue operations in Turkey earthquakes on February 6th. A focus group study was held at Bursa Municipality to investigate how TeamAware can respond to the needs of first responders in such a disastrous earthquake.

DUNE visited Czech Firefighters

Our partner DUNE demonstrated its COILS system to servicemen and officers of the Czech Republic Firefighters, Police, and Army on February 16th 2023 at the training facility of the Prague department of the firefighters.

AAHD presented TeamAware at Emergency Management Webinar

Dr. Turhan Sofuoğlu from AAHD presented our Project at Emergency Management Webinar by Emergency Association of Turkey on March 21, 2023.

StandICT.eu Collaboration

StandICT.eu Programme is a European Coordination Action that has been running since 2018, and it supports European experts in their engagement in the international standardisation organisation. In April 2023 TeamAware consortium signed a Memorandum of Understanding with StandICT group to formalize the collaboration in standardisation. Accordingly, this collaboration is announced through a press release in StandICT web page.

AAHD presented TeamAware at EENA 2023

Zeynep Sofuoglu and Turhan Sofuoglu gave opening speech at EENA 2023 conference on April 19th in Ljubljana and presented our project.

JOAFG presented our project at Prater Festival

As part of the Prater May Festival, every year on the 1st of May, the „Viennese helpers“ present themselves on the Prater Hauptallee under the motto "Be prepared - be able to help". This year, the Johanniter Austria presented the TeamAware project to the public.

AAHD was in CERIS Event

Dr. Zeynep Sofuoglu from AAHD presented our project at CERIS Forum European Forum on Risk Governance & Societal Resilience, in Toulouse, France.

ENIDE presented TeamAware at SMI2G Event

Radivoj Malić from ENINDE attended SMI2G Brokerage Event, exploring groundbreaking opportunities in #CivilSecurity! Engaged in thought-provoking discussions, showcased TeamAware project, and formed collaborations within Horizon Europe cluster.

TeamAware project led the creation of RTC Cluster

TeamAware joined the Disaster Resilience Societies Cluster Conference by CERIS on November 7-10 2022 in Brussels and initiated a project cluster with the following projects NIGHTINGALE, INGENIOUS, RESCUER, MED1stMR, PathoCERT, INTREPID, Search & Rescue and RESPOND-A.

The kick-off meeting was held on the 6th of April, 2023.

AAHD presented TeamAware at CMC 2023 Conference

Our partner AAHD presented our project at Combat Medical Care Conference 2023 in Ulm Germany.
